As the academic study of art continues to increase in diversity, boundaries must be constantly redrawn to permit a redefinitions of the value and scope of art. In responding to the needs of such a society, this program aims to provide highquality educational development based on comprehensive creative studies so as to develop artists ready to take on new roles in the art world of the 21st century.
Instruction at NUA combines a free and relaxed environment with a curriculum that places importance on individuality. Students learn the organic links between objects, events, and information with off-campus lectures and special classes that draw in famous artists and producers active at the forefront of the art world. Within an academic environment that offers a wealth of opportunities for new acquaintances and new experiences, students can create art with a genuine global outlook thus contributing to the birth of a new artistic culture.
