Reorganized the School of Music’s Department of Voice Performance,Department of Instrumental Performance, Department of Music Education,and Department of Applicative Music Culture into the Department of Performance (admission capacity: 115) and Department of Creative Music Culture (admission capacity: 120).

Changed the name of Graduate School of Art’s “Master’s Program in Molding” to “Master’s Program in Art.”

Established the Master’s Program in Design (admission capacity: 10), Graduate School of Design.
