[Undergraduate Programs] Among those who achieved exceptionally high scores in the entrance examinations listed below and were admitted, candidates who are considered exemplary students by the dean of the relevant faculty and are recommended to and approved by the university president. 〈School of the Arts〉

[Graduate Programs] Among those who achieved outstanding results in the Expert Entrance Examination conducted by each graduate school and were admitted, individuals recommended by the dean of the respective graduate school and approved by the university president |
The School of the Arts shall select up to eight recipients, while the number for the School of Education shall be determined by the university president. Full exemption from tuition, educational enhancement fees, and facilities and equipment fees for the first year of enrollment. |

The School of the Arts shall select up to 16 recipients, while the number for the School of Education shall be determined by the university president. A partial exemption will be granted, reducing the total amount of tuition, educational enhancement fees, and facilities and equipment fees to 500,000 yen for the first year of enrollment. |
Previously Admitted Scholarship Students
Students enrolled in the second through fourth years of any undergraduate faculty, as well as graduate students enrolled in the second year of any graduate school, who demonstrate exemplary character, strong motivation toward their studies, and either outstanding academic performance or notable achievements in their specialized fields of study or artistic practice, and who are recognized as role models for other students. |
